Manuel came to Mosdorfer through a colleague. He has always been fascinated by working with red-hot steel – and his desire for a varied career was clear from an early age.

The fact that the company is also very close to where he lives made the decision easy: Mosdorfer was the right choice for him.

Progression from apprentice to versatile production technician

Manuel started as an apprentice and initially helped out in all areas. Step by step, he took on more responsibility and continued to develop.

Very often Manuel works at the main forging lines and at the 400-tons forging press.

What drives me in my job?

Manuel appreciates the visible results of his work, particularly after completing major orders. ‘Working with red-hot steel is still something special for me,’ he says.. „Working with red-hot steel is still something special for me”, he says.

In addition he is very proud of finishing complex tasks, „…which cannot be completed by everybody, but which I carry out successfully.“
